The WC chips and the chip below were made within
9-days of eachother. Both series are on display on
the "exact" same sample card at USPC...for whatever
that's worth.

Other worthless information: The last collection of
USPC Crest and Seal chips I bought included examples
from the same books; same page, as seen in the
library. Which tells me whomever put this stuff
together had some type of system. Only a C&S freak
would notice something like this. <g>
