This is one of the reasons I don't like to buy chips other than from a casino. I don't like to buy any chips over face value but sometimes I do. When I do I buy for what I think the chips is worth. I'm fairly sure that's what most people do. If you'd like to help me out how about selling some of the extra chips you have at face value plus actual postage?
I think I was the one that traded with Roy and sent him the incomplet set from the Fiesta. I emailed him and offered to trade him the one I didn't have at the time of the trade. I figured this would be more helpful than telling him not to offer what he considered a fair price to pay for a chip he wanted. I also didn't bother to point out that he didn't need to prove he was worth extending credit to by posting he has a good ebay feedback rating. Maybe it would have been easier to tell Roy he shouldn't offer so much for the chip via email but then we wouldn't have this chance to argue on the board.
