I am not going to speak for any of the authors other than to commend and express my approval and admiration regarding how Allan Myers, Ernie Wheelden and Michael Knapp value OUR chips. Please have no doubt that these three scholars do not look at every single fact made available to them before they make note of any one value... of any one chip. All most people see who read their work is only the print that is in sight...not even knowing what all is enbanked in both their data base and minds. They do this for us...and at an hourly rate of about 3� per hour...if that much. They have no personal gain other than the love and sharing of what we all have, collectivly. They are we; we are them...if we want to be and share.
