Hi The first reported magazine here in N.J. was received on Saturday the 5th. That was first class. I received mine on Wednesday the 9th bulk. I was told by the local postmaster that anything that comes to his postoffice, (Collingswood) goes out right away. If there is any delay it is further up the line. Don
