The last I heard Steve, the Tropicana $2.50 tournament chip was on sale at the Gaming Museum gift shop at the Trop. Price is a lot more than $2.50, though <g>.

That's a good want list. Most of them will be pretty hard to find. I have only about half of them. The tournament chips are often a real challenge. The Arizona Charlies is in both TCR and James' guide at $5-10, but I can't find one.
