Allan - I sent Tom some color copies of French-style
chips with the bunny in the lunette; city of
Portsmouth printed on the chip. Years ago I was
selling Manchester Playboy material with 50p hot
stamps. I imported training school (scroll) material
without a city name... and looked high and low for
years...and those are the only I know of other than
the London material. The Portsmouth chips were from
an old B&G catalog as is the plaque. You very well
know my searching capabilities in the UK, and I've
had no luck. I wrote articles in collector
magazines in England, also, which produced nothing.
The antique districts of Nottinghamshire and all are
well-worked by my pickers...and still nothing other
than common material. Maybe Tom has some additional/recent information.
