Subject: 100Frf jeton
(Circa: 1930 series)

The jeton seen below is pre-WWII. Other than a 500f
and 1.000f plaque from this casino, there was a 5f
jeton offered in Victor GADOURY'S 1991 "Special
Jetons" N�65 - Liste a Prix Fixes, with a serial
number of 0820, at 280f. No other material from
Tabarin casino was known to exist at that time.

In 1994, I located some examples of the two plaques
mentioned above, and 38 of the 100f jeton from this
1930 series (see below). All of the plaques (except
one having a small cigar burn blemish) have been
distributed to International collectors with the
exception of 11-pieces of the 100f denomination
remaining in inventory.

Since my 1994 find, other plaques and jetons from
Casino Tabarin have been sought out by collectors in
Europe, but to no avail. I've also broadcast my
search of these pieces via the Internet.

I'm offering one (1) example of the 100f jeton at
eBay Auctions; item #25774371, with an opening bid
of $40.00. I'm also offering up to three (3)
additional pieces to any one interested, but only up
to the first bid.
