David, I was wondering why there were differences in the article font size and type. Now I know. I can understand camera ready ads, but camera ready articles? No editing those unless the editor is prepared to retype the article, or has a page scanner with OCR software.

Suggesting a common format for articles that could be submitted electronically would save submission time, and allow the editor to actually edit.
