ok explain to me that a chip or chips with a casino name wich never got a permit to operate and have never seen the inside of a casino are considered a casino chip where do draw the line. every thing is in degrees. also explain to me why they show a closing for the casino which never opened. then explain the jocky club. which also never opened. but at least they do not show it closing. but could give a lot more info like it never opened. and is not a casino chip. they all should be imitation. and dealers should not sell them. except as fantasy chips. i could apply for a permit make up my own chips and say because they never gave me one. i still can sell the chips as real. makes about as much sense.
