I think 14 days is the limit on reasonable turnaround. My average delivery time from Vegas (or any U.S. location)on a M.O. deal is 10 days from my post. It is pretty irksome for someone to take longer than 14 days to get your goods to you, especially without some communication. Everyday past moves this person deeper into flake territory. Good luck.
