Hi again Jim; Don't know if I can take much more of this back and forth banter with you. It is becoming very time consuming and I have much more important personal matters to take care of. I'm leaving for Atlantic City in an hour for the weekend and I will not have time today, or this weekend, to type up and post the ENTIRE eleven page letter I sent to you over a year ago, outlining the reasons why the National Board did not accept your "Our Bar" offer. In addition, I don't know how much interest there is in the subject on the part of the readers of this BB. When I return on Monday, if there are sufficient requests from those so interested, I promise that I will republish the letter, in it's entirety, as you have requested. It will take a considerable amount of time for me to re-type it all out and post.
BB READERS; Please leave a post "YEA" if you want to read it.... "NAY" if you had enough of this thread. As for your final comment in your last post to me Jim; "Yes, I know I have been harsh on you. Did it ever occur to you that it is my defensive way of dealing with what I believe to be an uncooperative ear?".... let me just say, you could have accomplished the same thing with e-mail, Jim. I tried that route with you and it didn't work. You insist on making these public issues. Which "suggestion(s)" of yours did I ignore....? Because they were found unacceptable, or not adopted by the current club officers, does not mean that you were ignored. Have you ever given any thought that I have received other "suggestions" from other club members who disagree with yours? Who's suggestions do I then accept? I tend not to accept suggestions from the constant flow of criticisms that I've been hearing from the same individual for well over a year now. With all due respect Jim, I still think that you should consider seeking election for club office so that you can attempt to persuade the newly elected Board to adopt some of your ideas and programs. Regards, Archie
