IMHO,

Just a design change. Just because it doesn't have the words "AT THE MIRAGE" on it doesn't make it an error. It might, if they had been remade with the exact same design and the words added.

A short run? MOST DEFINATELY!

Scarce? YES

RARE? Definately NOT

I think these were made and disliked by the casino and replaced with the new skull marquee tokens. Definately the new tokens have a much nicer design.
