I vote no. Marv Weaver calls the silver strikes "Silver Premium Gaming Tokens" or SPTs. By his definition, the token must be won by playing a machine with the token as a prize. That is currently illegal in California-at least until the March primary election when Propsition 1A will legalize Vegas-type slot machines. Among the gaming companies who have signed contracts with California tribes is Anchor Gaming, maker of the machines which drop the strikes.

Artichoke Joe's has several other silver tokens. At least two tribal casinos have issued them as well. I think some have also come from some other card clubs.
