Here's something I hadn't seen before. Lucky Chances in Colma, Calif. issued an LE plaque. One side has Year of the Dragon, the other the Millennium. Anybody know how many other LE plaques have been issued in the U.S.? Sorry to say I had a very tough time getting this one, so I don't have any traders at this point. (The plaque was given away at the Asian Games, not sold in the cage.)
