As far as condition goes, if the item is NOT 'rare' and not easily obtainable but with a little work obtainable then by all means we'd like to get the chip in as good a condition as possible. When the chip is TRUELY RARE and less than 5 or so have ever been on the market and they're nearly impossible to obtain then condition is not even thought about. I don't mean damaged or anything like that but a normal wear table chip type of condition. Damaged is a whole separate category.
