Norm - You are correct. And I think that most of the filming was done in Minneapolis where Verne Gagne and Nick Bockwinkle wrestled. If I remember correctly Nick owned the old AWA perhaps in conjunction with Verne. I was also a teenager at the time and went to the shows in Milwaukee. I always wondered if Crusher was related to Dick the Bruiser.
