John; Children from Mexico (just like Elian) come across our borders into Texas every single night of the year .... and they are sent back to Mexico every single day of the year. You say, "we have a boy who can be saved at this moment".... what about all the Mexican boys and girls who want to be saved or taste U.S. freedom? The only difference in this case with Elian is that we are talking about Cuba and Castro, not Mexico.... and that seems to be the crux of the matter. Politics!
