John; No, you have not said it all. It's nice that you only care about the boy. Many of us do. However, this country can not adopt all the world's children living under oppression in another country who are seeking freedom. A father's wishes must be given serious consideration.... If there were no father, I would agree with you under these unique circumstances. Don't confuse a U.S. citizen's rights as a child vs. a Cuban child's rights. The Cuban's have none.
