Crest and Seal chip were made from about 1910's to at least WWII. Probably later than WWII depending on your definition. Here are some inlaid chips made by the U S Playing Card Co. All the chips can be traced to the photo archives of that Company. The Crest and Seal chips are those with the round litho inlays:
