Paulson manufacturing method change?

Quite some time ago I became aware of what I call reverse inserts. Many of you are familiar with what I mean by that. In the past, both varieties were always easy to find, pretty much in equal quantities. Recently though I have found several chips that I can't find a reversed version of.

The first chip I noticed where a reverse version couldn't be found was the Foxwoods Millennium chip. Paul Liscio looked through hundreds of these trying to find one and couldn't. Now comes another, the Millennium from Alton Belle in Alton, IL. I haven't seen hundreds, but I've seen 11 of them and usually that would be enough to find at least 3 or 4 of each.

I wonder if they have changed their manufacturing method? Anyone have any ideas here?
