Isn't it pretty obvious the chips listed in my book at $15 are chips you can't get at the cage anymore. Those are older LE's. Sure some you might still get but most not.

$7.50 is a price for Chips i can get now.
When my supply is low and i can't get no more i will sell the budbowl chip at $15.00.
