Good Morning Larry,
That is the chip in question Larry, why do the sellers give so much false information. If they were to say something like "this chip was issued in the 80's or 70's whatever". I'm sure that new people to the hobby would buy them anyway because it may be a chip that they would not have in their collection & the collector who is more experienced would know that it is not as rare or old as they are led to believe.
I hope that the people who do this type of thing have a better work ethic because this can't be good for any newcomers to our hobby.
