Well I got back from LV this past weekend and this is when I started my collection of chips. First let me thank all of you on this board for all of your advice and comments. I was able to make some good contacts in some of the casinos. Special thanks to Gene for his advice (sorry I missed you Gene) Being that I stayed at the Venetian I was able to get the Grand opening chip, Grand Canal chip, Millenium chip and the Madame Tussauds chip I also got chips from NY/NY, Ballys, Golden Nugget, Hard Rock, and many more. I got a very unique chip I think from the Golden Nugget the dealer was very nice and since I played there for some 6hrs we talked about everything. She told me that this $5 chip is old but she could not tell me how old. My scanner is not working so I will describe it as best as I can. It is red on the outside edge with golden nugget around the edge and it has the color blue,yellow and grey on the edge as well. If it is now old I really do not care as I had alot of fun collecting it and the others. Now I can see why this hobby is so much fun.
