Tunica and Shreveport had the same insert colors. Don't know why. St. Louis & Kansas City both had the holders, I can't remember if anyone else did. St. Louis and Mayetta issued the smallest number of sets, 500, next came Vicskburg with 550, Shreveport had 1000, KC had 1625, and Tunica had 2250. I still don't know 100% sure if Joliet or E. Chicago had them, but I will find out this weekend or next.
