Although you will have more opportunities for chips on the Western Cruise I would recommend the Eastern. I think your wife will enjoy Key West, Grand Caymen, and Cozumel most. Celebrity Cruise Line (Century) is excellent. If you like food you can't beat it. Be prepared to gain 10 pounds. Nice mix of people and everything is very clean. People are more reserved than Carnival or Premier. Never been on Princess, HAL, or NCL.
