Chipco is good at doing that. I have 2 or 3 Chipcos from casinos that are the same on both sides when they aren't supposed to be. When I ordered my personal chip from Chipco I had about 25 out of the 500 that were like that.

I can't help you on the value, but to an error collector it would definitely be worth a premium of some sort.
