Steve; It would appear that Peter is monitoring this bb and reading these posts. Just checking his remaining two auction lots and I see the first one, that had a top bid over $100 on the Four Queens chip just a few minutes ago under the shill bidder i.d., now has a lower bid by someone with a green star rating. The second auction lot that previously had the shill bidder i.d. just a few short minutes ago... now has what appears to be a legitimate bid by another highly rated star bidder. Question; How do bids go downward on ebay??? Can a shill bidder withdraw his higher bid, when a lower one is submitted?
