Some casinos in the Caribbean and Bahamas had NCV chips way before...as early as the '70s, but I don't know of any US casinos having LE chips with dated expirations.

Some of the Playboy and other Bahamas NCV's sell for over $200 each. I recently bid $150 on this bb when Archie had one from Paradise Island Casino...and that was only early-'90s.
