Sometimes the board slows down considerably when there are a lot of people using it at the same time. What allows the board to be customized for each person is the fact that the index page and any messages, threads, etc. are created on the fly each time you select an option such as "return to index", "post response", etc.

I happened to notice this morning that it was a little slow and at the same time I noticed that there were new postings popping up from you, me, Ed, Gene, Travis and Marc. That is at least 6 of us that were using the board at the exact same time. You can probably add to that another 10 people who were just reading messages and not posting.

Anyway, what I meant to say when I started this reply is that I've learned to only hit the "Post Message" button once. When the board is sluggish and you hit the button more often all it does is post multiple copies of the same message.
