So is it safe to assume that if these "rare" chips are in the vaults, we can't really say
what's "truly rare" in Atlantic City? OR, for that
matter, not even know when a casino can put these
chips back into play if they are just sitting there ...which I'm sure they would be
crazy to do so (or sell/auction them). But you get
my drift about what's "RARE" and NOT rare to certain
people.
