Sorry about the "directions". My chip is exactly as you described (lifting inlay). I also agree that it is not a true crest and seal such as the old BPOE chips. Allan, however, listed it as a c&s in his article. Then again, he also list the flag chip and Balinese 500 as crest & seals. Also, I don't think the Dunes or SS Tangos are crest and seals, to name a few.
