Although I don't use AOL for my ISP I've got to stand up in it's defense a little here. If you are on the road, it is GREAT to have an AOL account to log in to with a local phone number. The best thing about an AOL phone number is that it is a normal web connection, meaning you can minimize the AOL software and use all the stuff you are used to using.
