Pete; Thanks for sharing that personal tid-bit with the readers on this bb. That explains alot why you have been describing relatively common chips as being rare. As Gene T. has posted, age alone is not the criteria for determining rarity. Availability is the key. Most of the chips you have been offering on ebay as "rare" are available in large quantities to the chip collecting community. That is why some of your descriptions have come under so much criticism.
