If I didn't have TCR, I'd beleive that Horseshoe quarter to be a rare chip if it was described as so by a seller on eBay with a high feedback rating. That's also a part of the problem with eBay. High ratings also influence newbies in negative ways if the seller has made a lot of favorable transactions using everything from slight to blatant misrepresentations in their auction descriptions. There's no way for a newbie to know....
