Actually, that chip is a 5th Anniversary commemorative that the casino had made before Harrah's took over. They haven't ever had any gaming where they used chips.

Kelly had TONS of these chips and ended up selling them for less than $1 each at one time. I don't think we'll ever know the full story on them.
