I has been my experience (so far) that most dealers and traders in this HOBBY wish for you to be happy with the deal, and will cancel the deal if both either party is not satisfied. Of course, as soon as this is read, probably someone will have a horror story about that.<g>

There are, however, many people selling at auction who have no involvement in the HOBBY, either as dealers or collectors, or both who sell chips along with anything else they have acquired. They may or may not have the same satisfaction motive.

I, too, hope that a rating system is not instituted, any trade I make is done so with the other party's satisfaction as important as mine. Sorry for the long post.
