Thank you, Archie & my apologises to my fellow chippers & Chipboard readers for opening an 'old business' issue.
I am not new to chipping but am new to the Chipboard & did not realise that there had been lengthy &, I surmise, controversial discussions on this subject.
I am currently in a discourse with Gene Trimble on a different thread on this subject.
What you said makes the world of sense & I now understand things a little better.
On the flip side, there a probably many individuals, recently initiated to the hobby and who have just recently 'tuned in' to this channel.
On that note, sometimes old news is new news to them (me) & the eduction process continues.
We do not always know what & where to look for things and for that reason, a Chipboard is an essential 'tool of our trade'.
