Here's an example of a chip I believe is quite rare in this condition. It's from the Rex Club in Martinez, California, the former state capitol. The Rex Club existed in the location where Floyd's Club operated later (Famous for being owned by the son of "Pretty Boy" Floyd.) I found an old guy with a stash of 100 or so of these old chips, which I was told were used in the '40s through '60s, that he'd gotten from the now-deceased owner, and went through them all. I found exactly six that had decent hot-stamps and were undamaged. Anyone think these aren't rare? I realize they're not tremendously valuable because of the "demand" factor. Aren't a whole lot of collectors (yet) looking for the older hot-stamped California chips.
