I recently received a gift from my mother-in law of a set of casino chips from the Beachcomber in Mauritius.
I am trying to get additional info on the casino/chips.
Apparently they date back to the 1970/80's.
They are varing colors of the BJ#105 mold with a silver insert.
Front of chip states Beachcomber Mauritius and the denomination is in Ruppes, 10, 25, 50, 100, & 200.
I am not sure what a ruppe is worth in terms of US dollars.Any background on the casino/chips/etc. would be appreciated
