I just casually collect CO chips and this is one that won't be in my collection unless I can get it for face value. I really feel bad for the CO collectors who have spent a great deal on their collections to get them as complete as possible, then to have to put up with crap like this.

I have a pretty decent riverboat chip collection and it would be tough to pass up a riverboat chip being sold like this one is. I think if it ever happens that I will just pass on them from the very beginning.
