I have looked in the chip rack (albeit the 5th edition) for a identification of the chip below. The best I can gather , it is a N4531. My question is, if that is the correct number, I do not see any marking of the year 1994 on the chip and also, how can one tell if the name is small as it is described in the chip rack? In fact of the three different $1.00 chips I have, none has a year on it. Am I reading the discription incorrectly?
