If a chip is listed in the TCR for a certain value D, E etc. and says incused. cancelled or drilled, Does that mean the value of the chip is less than the TCR shows? Ive seen chips in the TCR that are listed as above but do not show them as in original condition or what the value would be if they were out there. Ive seen posts latley that say drilled chips are worth much less than valued in TCR. Hope this isnt a stupid question but Im a little confused. I use TCR as a bible for Nevada and do lots of bidding on E-bay. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Don
