Hi Gene, I've got a couple different denominations of this chip. Vancouver Wash became a hot spot for card rooms after Portland Oregon (just over the border) got rid of its illegal clubs in the late 1960s. Later, Vancouver also closed all the rooms and they had to move up the valley 15 miles to La Center, where they remain.
