As stated, thoses locations are without casinos (except for New Orleans). HOWEVER, Carnival has a casino. From there you can acquire blue 1's (look for the varieties (red, yellow, peach, brown, red inlays), light blue 2.50's (varieties peach and purple inlays), red 5's (again, look for varieties, purple, peach, and two kinds of H&C's). Also, for the Black Jack Tournaments, they use two different colored chips, no name, no denomination.

Let's not forget tokens.
