This raises a philosophical question. Can a chip in addition to being a house chip also be a limited edition chip merely by adding the words "LTD 2000" to a finite number chips without any other change in inlay, color, denomination or mold design?

BTW I was thinking of submitting the following design for a possible Bellagio limited edition. My design is on the right, of course.
