I have a NOP $1 that I picked up at a card room in Marina, CA. The owner of the casino, a gentleman named Cal, said he had used them in a former casino he had owned. He had no idea what NOP stood for. I wonder if any other fantasy chips wrere actually used as live chips in a casino.
