There are several professionl companies that write training manuals and hold seminars on the property that employs them. All employess must attend. The companies also have spotters that come around and make sure employees are practicing what they have been taught. Disciplinary action is taken when they are not practicing it. Most large casinos use one of the companies.
The Fiesta just hired The Freeman Group last year at a cost well into 6 figures.
Freeman is one of the bigger companies in this business. EYE contact is rule 1!!

I agree, I have no knowledge that the MGM is putting out a Babs rule, but if there was a way to prove it, I would bet you a "Z" chip that it is a Babs rule.

There was stories coming out of the MGM last time she appeared there. I paid $1,000 per ticket to see her. I love her music but I think she is a pill!!!
