A newspaper article which appeared shortly after this year's big game made note of the fact that Cal fans, who call Stanford "The Evil Empire" just can't stand the thought of the stupid tree dancing around the floor of the Rose Bowl.

I hope Ron Dayne runs for 500 yards and scores 8 touchdowns.
