Hi Travis - Other than the horizontal screw-in bezel
being typical of those used on some of the actual
commemoratives seen in Dale's work, this one is a
tough one to call without having it in hand. I
can't tell if the field has been turned-down to
accommodate a re-scrimshaw. My $25 Texas Belle
(IR-GV) had the same exact bezel. The original
ivory chip bracelets I've seen also had the same
bezel. Of all the recent creations I've seen...none
have been mounted. Whatever it is, it'll be
interesting to see
how much it sells for. Two of the bidders are very
well-known ivory chip collectors.
