Ed, I got this chip on eBay last year from Jim Espidale along with 2 other chips that I have been unable to attribute. He says the Moonlight Club chip came from Kentucky. When I asked for an ID on Prodigy, nobody ever heard of this club, even the real oldtimers. The other chips i got in the lot were attributed to the Chicago area.
